Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These terms govern use of the Payment Page website and supplement the terms shown during a software purchase. Payment Page is published by Brand on Fire LLC, doing business as Gaucho Plugins. By using this website or buying a paid license, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
Purchase terms and order of precedence
Freemius is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for Payment Page Pro. ThePayment Page End User License Agreementand the terms presented in checkout govern a purchase. If this page conflicts with that EULA or the checkout terms, the EULA and transaction-specific checkout terms control.
Licensing, updates, and support
Payment Page code is distributed under the GNU General Public License. A paid subscription provides the license activations, paid functionality, updates, and support described in the checkout for as long as that subscription remains active. Pro support is prioritized, but no fixed response or resolution time is promised.
Support covers Payment Page itself. It does not include custom development, unrelated hosting or WordPress administration, third-party products, or compatibility work beyond the current plugin unless Gaucho Plugins expressly agrees otherwise.
Pricing, renewal, and cancellation
The current single-site Pro checkout is an annually renewing subscription. The price and any applicable tax are shown before an order is submitted. Prices may change for future purchases, subject to the renewal terms in the governing EULA. You may cancel future renewal through the Freemius customer portal; cancellation does not itself create a refund right.
Refunds
The governing EULA provides a full refund during the first 30 days after an eligible initial purchase when the purchaser gives notice. An upgrade, an additional license purchase, or a renewal does not start a new refund period and is not eligible under that initial-purchase policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Payment Page refund policyfor the request process and the EULA for the controlling terms.
Delivery and account security
After an accepted purchase, Freemius provides the receipt, license, and download access. You are responsible for keeping account and license information secure. Do not publish, resell, or share a license key outside the sites and users covered by the purchased license.
Privacy and service providers
The Privacy Policy explains information processed through this website and the service providers involved. Purchase data is also processed by Freemius under the terms and privacy disclosures shown in checkout.
Warranty and third-party compatibility
Payment Page is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that it will work with every theme, plugin, browser, hosting setup, payment account, country, currency, or payment method. Stripe, PayPal, WordPress, Elementor, Freemius, and other third-party services control their own eligibility, availability, and terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brand on Fire LLC and Gaucho Plugins are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use or inability to use the website or plugin. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Acceptable use and responsibility
You are responsible for configuring and using Payment Page lawfully, securing your WordPress site, obtaining required customer notices and consent, and meeting your own tax, refund, privacy, accessibility, fulfillment, and payment obligations. You may not use the website or plugin to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for future use of the website or future purchases. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above; a completed purchase remains subject to the terms that governed it. Questions can be sent through Payment Page support.
