Website analytics and consent
The site loads the Payment Page Google Analytics 4 stream only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. The rebuilt site does not load the former Universal Analytics tag or the other duplicate Google measurement configuration found on the WordPress origin. Analytics events cover page views and product-link actions such as free download, demo, pricing, upgrade, support start, and stored support success. They do not include support-form content, names, email addresses, payment details, or license keys. Rejecting analytics prevents the Google tag from loading; the footer's Cookie settings control reopens the choice.
Cloudflare may also process cookie-free aggregate Web Analytics and ordinary security/performance log data at the edge. More detail is available in the cookie policy.
Support form submissions
When you use the support form, we collect the information you enter, including your name, email address, topic, and message. We also record the page used to submit the form, referral and campaign attribution supplied with that visit, your IP address, browser user agent, and the submission time. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive credentials through this form. If technical support requires WordPress access, the form directs you to create a short-lived, auto-expiring temporary-login URL and paste that URL into the message. Treat that link as an access credential, choose the shortest practical expiry, and revoke it when support is complete.
The submission is stored in Cloudflare D1 under the site identifierpaymentpageplugin.com. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to prevent automated abuse, and Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) processes the notification sent to our support team. The visitor's email address is used as the Reply-To address so we can answer the request. See theCloudflare privacy policyandAWS privacy notice.
Our support-form cleanup runs after each accepted legitimate support submission. At that time it clears raw IP-address and user-agent fields from Payment Page support rows older than 30 days and deletes Payment Page support rows older than 12 months. Because cleanup is triggered by an accepted submission rather than a fixed clock schedule, data can remain beyond those targets during a period with no accepted submissions. We may also retain specific records longer when required to investigate abuse, comply with law, or resolve a dispute. You may request access or deletion through our support page, subject to those requirements.
Optional Payment Page updates
The support form includes a visible newsletter checkbox that is not selected by default. Leaving it unchecked does not affect support. If you choose it, we record that opt-in with the support request and send your name and email address through our authenticated Cloudflare relay to Gaucho Plugins' Mautic contact system. The contact is tagged for Payment Page updates and the Gaucho Plugins master newsletter so we can send occasional product news. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe option.
Newsletter contact data remains in Mautic until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, except where a longer period is required by law or to document a consent or suppression request. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not delete an otherwise applicable support record from Cloudflare D1. You can request access or deletion through the support page or by emailing [email protected].
