Refund policy
Last updated August 30, 2026
The governing Payment Page EULA states that a purchaser may request a full refund during the first 30 days after an eligible initial purchase. The EULA—not a shortened marketing summary—controls eligibility.
What the initial-purchase policy excludes
An upgrade, an additional license purchase, or a renewal does not create another initial-purchase refund period. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by this summary.
Governing terms
Freemius is the merchant of record. Read the Payment Page End User License Agreement and the terms shown in checkout before purchasing. If this summary conflicts with the EULA or transaction-specific checkout terms, those governing terms control.
Requesting a refund
Use the Payment Page support form within the applicable period. Include the purchaser email and a non-sensitive order reference. Do not include card details, passwords, or license keys in the form.
Software-license refunds are separate from merchant refunds
This policy concerns the Payment Page Pro software license. Refunds that a merchant owes its customers, and Stripe or PayPal processing-fee treatment, are separate matters governed by the merchant and the relevant provider agreements.
